US IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to on-boarding new hires.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates who meet their needs.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of international hiring (C2C) processes and regulations.
• Experience working with direct clients or W2 employees preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems like ATs.
