Riana Technologies is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess technical skills.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
• Work with different US employment types, including W2, C2C, and C2H.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements, and recruitment processes.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
