Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (6:30PM to 3:30PM)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US recruitment, sourcing, screening, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Work on W2, C2C, and W2 contract requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Negotiate rates and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients.
• Ensure timely submissions and closures.

Required Skills:

• 25 years of US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations and visa types.
• Ability to work in US time zones / night shifts.
