**Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.

• Understand US IT requirements and match candidates to suitable positions.

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

**Requirements:**

• Experience in US IT recruitment is preferred.

• Knowledge of US IT technologies, job portals, and recruitment processes.

• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment may also apply.
