We are looking for experienced freelancers/business development partners who can help us generate genuine IT project opportunities from the United States. What you will do - Research and identify genuine US-based companies that may need IT development, software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, data, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity or other technology services. - Find companies with active technology requirements, upcoming projects, hiring needs, outsourcing requirements or gaps in their engineering teams.

• Identify relevant decision-makers such as Founder, CEO, CTO, CIO, VP Engineering, Engineering Manager, Head of Technology, Procurement or HR. - Verify that the company and opportunity are genuine before approaching them. - Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, company websites, job postings, business directories and other legitimate sources. - Initiate conversations with potential clients. - Explain TrueSearch's capability to provide developers from India on TrueSearch payroll. - Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects. - Build long-term relationships instead of simply sending one-time sales messages. - Qualify opportunities and share relevant requirements with the TrueSearch team. - Coordinate with TrueSearch when a prospect becomes interested in discussing a project. - Maintain a simple CRM/lead sheet containing company, contact, source, requirement, communication history and follow-up status. Ideal Freelancer We are looking for someone who: - Has experience in US IT sales, IT staffing, IT recruitment sales, software services sales or B2B lead generation. - Understands the US technology market. - Can independently research and identify potential clients. - Is comfortable communicating with US founders, CTOs, engineering leaders and business decision-makers. - Can conduct professional email and LinkedIn outreach. - Understands lead qualification and sales follow-up. - Can build relationships and convert conversations into genuine business opportunities. - Has a long-term business development mindset. Important We are looking for quality over quantity. Simply providing thousands of scraped email addresses is not the objective. The objective is to identify real companies, real decision-makers and real technology opportunities, start conversations and develop those relationships into potential projects. Engagement This is a performance-oriented business development partnership. The freelancer can work remotely and independently. TrueSearch will handle the technology resources, developer sourcing, payroll and delivery support once a project opportunity is generated.
