Job Description:
We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for IT positions with our US-based clients. This is a full-time night shift role aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), internal database, and networking
• Understand client requirements (job description, skills, rate) and identify suitable candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical fit, communication, and visa status
• Negotiate rates/salary with candidates and coordinate with account managers/clients
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle: submission, interview scheduling, offer, and onboarding
• Maintain and update candidate database (ATS) regularly
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT)
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards and Boolean search
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
