US IT Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified IT candidates for US-based requirements.
• Work on technical roles across various IT technologies.
• Use LinkedIn, Dice, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Work with Account Managers to understand client requirements.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Knowledge of US work authorization is preferred.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shift.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
