What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Source active US tech candidates via LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster), and applicant databases.
- Screen candidates on technical skills, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and US visa statuses (USC, GC, H-1B, OPT).
- Format candidate profiles, log submissions, and track daily recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate client interview rounds and candidate engagement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (20242026 batches welcome).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work permanent US night shifts.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
