Wheely is redefining premium transportation across major cities in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. We blend cutting-edge technology with the craft of five-star chauffeuring to deliver an experience trusted by more than 100,000 active riders and 1,200 corporate accounts.

We’re a profitable, fast-growing scale-up with $43M raised and over $100M in annual revenue. Having recently launched in New York City, we’re expanding rapidly across the US and EMEA. If you take pride in your craft and want to help shape the next chapter of our growth, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

We're accelerating our US rollout following the successful launch of New York, and we're looking for a Founding US Launcher to join the team.

This is a highly mobile role with no fixed office location. Over the next 6-18 months, you'll move between some of America's most exciting markets, starting with Miami and Los Angeles, leading each new market launch from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational launch of new US markets, spending 3-6 months in each city before moving to the next launch.

Build local supply by recruiting, onboarding and developing exceptional chauffeurs who meet Wheely's service standards.

Establish operational processes that ensure new markets deliver a consistently premium customer experience from day one.

Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Support and the executive team to coordinate successful market launches.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment (Tech startups, Management Consulting, Investment Banking).

Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Economics, Business or a related quantitative discipline from a leading university.

Strong analytical skills.

Relentless Ownership: You thrive in high-stakes, ambiguous environments, operate with extreme urgency, and do whatever it takes to conquer a new market.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence external partners and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Eligibility to work in the US or obtain a US work visa, and willingness to relocate between US cities every 3-6 months and travel extensively.

Professional fluency in English.

What We Offer

Base salary starting from $120k per year, plus an annual bonus and equity in a high-growth scale-up.

Accommodation provided in each launch city, alongside support for relocation between US markets.

Comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and other benefits designed to support your wellbeing.

Monthly credit for journeys with Wheely, allowing you to experience our service as a passenger and stay closely connected to the product.
