Weekly Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm Pacific Time (1hr unpaid lunch, two paid 15min breaks)

Pay: 440 PHP per hour / 76,200 PHP per month

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

MUST be able to do the following 100% with confidence

• Ability to coordinate with attorneys, court clerks, process servers and clients.
• Able to provide regular status updates and promptly communicate any issues, delays, or additional costs.
• Knowledge of court filing requirements specifically on domestication of foreign subpoena.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and time-sensitive deadlines.
• For POS: Prepare, review, and process proofs or affidavits of service in compliance with applicable state-specific requirements
• For efiling: Prepare, submit, and manage electronic court filings across various U.S. state and federal court systems.
