Key Responsibilities

Handle and process US mortgage loan applications in accordance with defined process guidelines.

Review, verify, and validate various loan and borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Understand and follow the US mortgage loan processing lifecycle, from application through processing and closing.

Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information in loan documents and coordinate for resolution.

Provide customer support through calls, emails, or other communication channels as required.

Respond to customer queries related to loan documentation, application status, and processing requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, borrowers, brokers, and other stakeholders to resolve processing issues.

Maintain accurate records and update loan/application information in relevant systems.

Ensure all activities are completed within defined SLA, quality, productivity, and compliance parameters.

Follow established US mortgage regulations, policies, procedures, and data privacy requirements.

Escalate complex cases or discrepancies to the appropriate team or supervisor.

Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling sensitive customer and financial information.Role & responsibilities
