As a full-time US Mortgage-Loan Processor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' mortgage processing needs. What you'll be doing

• Expertly process end to end US mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
• Gather, review and validate all required documentation from applicants
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan processing experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the loan life cycle
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service to applicants, lenders and other parties involved
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our mortgage processing operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US mortgage loan processing or a related role
• Thorough understanding of US mortgage regulations, guidelines and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient in the use of mortgage processing software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
