- Manage and process mortgage loan files from opening to closing
- Ensure loan documentation meets required guidelines
- Coordinate with relevant teams throughout the loan process
- Assist in training and guiding team members
- Maintain accuracy and compliance throughout the process
About you
- At least 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Processor / Process Specialist
- Knowledge of Encompass and/or Empower
- Strong understanding of Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines
- Experience managing loan files from opening through closing
- Comfortable with team training and process coaching
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
