Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead NotesComplete “File Set-up” review when App Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etcAbility to calculate income for Wage Earners and SE borrowersRun DU/LP and Order appraisals when needed (if no PIW/ACE)Send client needs list after initial file reviewSend client needs list after the Preapproval team completes their reviewObtain correct EOI, VOE’s, and HOA docs when requested from LOA/ProcessorEnsure that EOI and other documents are correct at the time of funding to avoid funding delaysMaintain a tracker of all files on their desk, including what is outstanding on each file, to ensure that no file slips through the cracks.
