US Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US staffing . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination skills, along with a good understanding of the US recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates based on client requirements, relevant experience, communication skills, and work authorization.
• Recruit for positions across Legal, Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Logistics, Administration, Human Resources, Customer Service, and other Non-IT sectors .
• Negotiate pay rates and confirm candidate availability, location preferences, and employment eligibility.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment activities in ATS.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to fulfill client requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruitment (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and interview coordination.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Experience working in a target-driven US staffing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for professional Non-IT positions .
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
