• Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On boarding.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Utilise various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organisation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
• Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
