US Payroll Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process US payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Manage employee data, including updates to personal information, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays or errors.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in US payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws governing wages and hours worked.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
