Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for UK and US entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for payroll preparation.
• Prepare and review payroll reports, including gross-to-net calculations, tax deductions, and net salary payments.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll files to relevant authorities (UK - Real Time Information, US - IRS & State).
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, benefits administration, and statutory compliances.
