US Pharma Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and driven US Pharma Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in US Life Sciences recruitment, particularly within Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Healthcare industries.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, B.Sc., or a related field preferred

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare recruitment

• Strong experience in US staffing

• Good communication, interpersonal, and candidate-management skills

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven environment

• Strong understanding of US work authorizations, including:

o US Citizen (USC)

o Green Card (GC)

o EAD

o H-1B

o OPT/CPT

• Strong understanding of US employment and engagement terms, including:

o W2

o 1099

o Corp-to-Corp (C2C)

• Good understanding of the US Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Life Sciences talent market.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking someone who is proactive, accountable, and highly driven, with the ability to identify quality candidates, manage client requirements effectively, and consistently deliver successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Healthcare, and related Life Sciences roles.

• Handle direct client hiring and develop a strong understanding of client requirements.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and other sourcing channels.

• Utilize ATS platforms, VMS systems, and job boards effectively.

• Maintain a strong submittal-to-interview and interview-to-placement conversion ratio.

• Conduct candidate screening, qualification, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-up through the complete recruitment process.

• Work closely with team members and business unit heads through regular meetings to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate evaluations, interviews, offers, and hiring plans.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Consistently meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
