US Process Executive - Freshers

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone calls.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work on international processes including US process, blended process, and domestic BPO projects.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in cold calling campaigns to generate leads for sales teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in CSE (Customer Support Executives) role or related fields like back office, banking process, bpo industry.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work on multiple processes simultaneously including voice processing, non-voice processing (email/chat), outbound calling (cold calling).
• Basic computer knowledge with familiarity with backend systems.
