US Process Telecaller – Full-Time

We’re looking for confident, enthusiastic, and motivated US Process Telecallers to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves communicating with customers in the US, handling outbound calls, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers in the US
• Communicate professionally and confidently with international customers
• Introduce and explain products/services clearly
• Understand customer requirements and respond to queries
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow company calling scripts, processes, and guidelines
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead follow-ups and updates
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Good English communication and conversational skills
• Clear pronunciation and confidence while speaking
• Comfortable communicating with US customers
• Good listening and convincing skills
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
