# US Recruitment Intern – Unpaid Internship

### About the Role

NextHire Consulting is looking for enthusiastic **US Recruitment Interns** to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in **US recruitment, candidate sourcing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach**.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.

* Conduct **cold calls** to candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.

* Perform **LinkedIn outreach and messaging** to potential candidates.

* Screen candidates based on job requirements.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Follow up with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.

* Meet daily/weekly sourcing and outreach targets.

### Requirements

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Comfortable working in **US shift timings/night shift**.

* Willingness to make cold calls and communicate with candidates.

* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.

* **Some exposure to LLM-based chat tools is welcome.**

* Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

* Freshers and students looking for practical recruitment experience can apply.

* Ability to commit **4–6 hours per day** during US working hours.
