US Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for US-based clients through cold calling, networking, and other sourcing methods.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services.
• Provide exceptional customer support to both clients and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in IT Staffing or Recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in Cold Calling, Teamwork, Talent Acquisition Executive, Client Coordination, Customer Service Management.
