What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and hiring.
• Source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Engage candidates through strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews across US time zones.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and candidate conversions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of US recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent English communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Details

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
