JOB DETAILS

Position: US IT Recruiter IT & Non-IT

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Location: Noida Sector 63 – Near Sector 62 Metro Station

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Cab: One-Way Drop – Office to Home

Experience: 0 Months – 2 Years+

Freshers: Eligible

Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, and US client outreach.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with US-based clients.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Handle the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through placement.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain smooth hiring processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment databases, and daily activity reports.
• Work closely with HR, Sales, Recruitment, and Operations teams to achieve business targets.
