About the role

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our growing team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top-tier talent for our US-based clients. As a US Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring we deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes that align with our clients' strategic objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in establishing our reputation as a trusted recruitment partner in the US market.

What you'll be doing

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct comprehensive telephone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future client requirements
• Develop strong relationships with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job specification

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with 1-2 years in agency recruitment or US-focused recruitment roles
• Strong knowledge of the US job market, employment practices, and visa sponsorship requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
