Key Requirements:
- US Recruitment / US Talent Acquisition – Mandatory
- End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Identification
- Strong Sourcing, Screening & Candidate Qualification
- Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory
- Strong Stakeholder / Client Management
- Experience managing recruitment pipelines and hiring requirements
- Blue Collar / Volume Hiring experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with ATS / Recruitment Tools
- Ability to work effectively against KPIs / SLAs
