Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US recruitment activities.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Work closely with client hiring managers and recruitment teams.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring documentation.
• Ensure timely closures and achieve recruitment targets.
• Work in an RPO environment at the client location.

Preferred candidate profile

• 38 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in an RPO/client-facing recruitment environment will be preferred.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Willing to work from the client office in Taramani, Chennai.
