What they need
Minimum of 2 years of professional-level recruiting and/or human resources experience, including demonstrated success with high-volume recruitment initiatives
Previous experience in creating and/or executing an organization's recruitment strategy and online presence
Successful recruiting experience utilizing social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Professional recruitment experience utilizing applicant tracking systems
Proven experience with college relations, career fairs, and other employment events preferred
Previous experience with an applicant tracking system required; ADP preferred but not required.
