Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, engage, and screen active and passive US-based candidates across high-volume pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and job boards.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with hiring managers and account leaders to understand specialized job requirements, calibrate profiles, and manage interview workflows.
• Full Lifecycle Engagement: Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel—from initial screening calls and client submissions to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Compliance & SLA Adherence: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, track recruitment metrics, and client-specific onboarding requirements.

Qualifications:

• Direct US Recruitment Experience: 3 years handling full-cycle recruitment specifically for US onshore clients (Healthcare or Technical/IT sectors preferred).
• High-Volume Accountability: Proven track record of hitting individual monthly fill targets and managing high-requisition loads.
• Shift & Communication Flexibility: Excellent verbal/written English communication skills and full commitment to working night-shift hours aligned with US business zones (EST/CST/PST).
