US Recruiter - Engineering

About the role

An experienced US Recruiter role specializing in sourcing and managing engineering roles across the US market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in identifying top technical talent and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage engineering professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare accurate candidate submissions with clear screening notes and supporting details
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future engineering requirements
• Ensure candidate information and recruitment activity are updated in ATS or recruitment trackers
• Deliver a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

About you

• Minimum 1 year of US recruitment/staffing experience, preferably in engineering or technical roles
• Strong background in sourcing, screening, candidate submission, and interview coordination
• Solid understanding of US recruitment processes, employment types (W-2, 1099, C2C), time zones, and candidate market
• Skilled in Boolean search techniques and proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
• Experienced in using ATS or candidate-management systems
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and candidate-engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Preferred: Prior experience with staffing agencies, RPOs, or recruitment services firms
• Preferred: Experience recruiting for engineering or technical US-based positions
