- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Source qualified candidates and apply strategic recruitment process using various sourcing channels.
- Responsible for real-time endorsement tracking and candidate monitoring.
- Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verify their qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
- Involve in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls emails, and general relationship-building.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in U.S. recruitment handling volume, technical, blue-collar or engineering job requisitions for at least one (1) year is REQUIRED
- Strong client/stakeholder management skills
