US Recruitment Associate (Project Based)

Overview

The US Recruitment Associate will support IBEX US Recruitment by proactively and successfully sourcing & identifying prospective candidates in a high-volume, on-line based, centralized recruiting environment. In addition, he/she will ensure implementation of department’s objectives, specifically by supporting the day-to-day recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Successful implementation of Recruitment and Sourcing programs
• Follow standard and accepted interview and selection techniques in compliance with US labor laws
• Detailed, objective and highly selective process in making hiring decisions to staff IBEX with the most qualified and highest quality employees possible
• Assessing system-wide recruitment needs and develop action plan to meet required staffing needs for IBEX US
• Partner with Global teams best practices on the design and implementation of R&R programs by leveraging with industry’s best practices
• Comply with the policies and procedures in order to achieve service excellence
• Ensures targets are met in a timely manner
• Interact with fellow team members to enhance team performance
• Ensure and maintain the Customer Experience by establishing good relationship with our business partners both internally and externally, giving accurately and timely feedback of their requests, issues or concerns
• Ensure performance level agreements are met or exceeded
• Meets overall Recruitment performance/goals
• Ensure compliance with company standards and US & local laws

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Marketing or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in Recruitment, Staffing, Placement and Sourcing required
• Background in US/ Global Recruiting is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written aspects
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to maintain strictest confidence
• Possesses positive work attitude
• Ability to present a positive company image
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills with the ability to use a variety software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Must be flexible in terms of work schedule and job responsibilities
• Open to extended work hours
• Amenable to working permanently on the graveyard shift
