Job Responsibilities
- Review and assess clinical/medical information
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and members
- Perform utilization review, case management, or clinical support activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare guidelines and standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Perform other healthcare-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
✅ Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
✅ Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license
✅ [1–2+] years of clinical, hospital, UM/UR, case management, or healthcare experience
✅ Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
✅ Excellent English communication skills
