US Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced US Sales Executive to lead outbound and inbound sales efforts targeting the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – EST/PST overlap)

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → lead qualification → pitching → negotiation closure..
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
• Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Conduct product demos, client presentations, and discovery calls with US-based clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for lead conversion and client onboarding.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in US Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales.
• Proven experience in selling to US-based clients (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services / SaaS / Staffing
• Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
