US - Semiconductor Recruiter

Core Competencies

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US full lifecycle recruitment, preferably within Semiconductor, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Technology sectors.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing platforms.
• Sound understanding of Semiconductor technologies and skill sets.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, and talent pipelining.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, work authorizations, and employment types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Team player with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
