US TA Lead

Focus: US Staffing / Tech Hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US hiring across technology and professional staffing requirements.

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation and joining.

• Bring strong hands-on experience in US staffing / IT staffing, with a proven track record of closing positions within aggressive timelines.

• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases.

• Strong understanding of US employment types including W2, C2C, 1099 and full-time/direct hire.

• Good understanding of US work authorizations including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT/CPT and other relevant categories.

• Experience hiring across major US markets and working effectively across EST, CST time zones.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local US talent, including niche and difficult-to-find technology skills.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements, talent availability, compensation and hiring timelines.

• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, rates, competitor hiring and location-specific challenges.

• Drive strong candidate engagement and proactively manage offer-to-join ratios, dropouts and counteroffers.

• Track recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, selections, closures, ageing and turnaround time.

• Mentor and guide recruiters while remaining personally hands-on with sourcing and closures.

• Manage multiple high-priority requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of US recruitment experience, with significant exposure to US staffing.

• Strong expertise in US IT/technology hiring.

• Proven record of independently closing niche and senior-level requirements.

• Strong understanding of the US staffing ecosystem, employment models, work authorization and compensation/rate structures.

• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder-management and candidate-engagement skills.

• Comfortable working US-aligned/night-shift hours as required.

• High ownership mindset this is a hands-on hiring leadership role, not purely a team-management position.
