US Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers to meet client requirements within timelines.

Desired profile:

• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
• Strong experience in W2 and permanent hiring
• Must be a local to Hyderabad
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
