Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various US-based clients and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand client requirements and effectively search for suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the position.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation rates and assist with offer closures.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/Recruitment database.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining.
• Work according to US staffing processes and timelines.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US job market and IT technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean Search, LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Comfortable working in a night shift / US shift.
