About the role
We are seeking a results-driven US Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate has experience with US recruitment processes, technical sourcing, and candidate management.
Key responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates
- Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and employment requirements
About you
- Experience in US IT or technical recruitment
- Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Ability to work US business hours as required
