What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls from US customers.
- Provide customer support for telecom-related queries and issues.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- HSC / Any Graduate.
- Minimum 12 months of experience in International Voice Process Mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
