Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, services, and support-related issues.
• Generate leads, pitch products/services, and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle US customers professionally.
• Sales-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
