US Voice Process Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with international customers in English.
• Follow standard operating procedures, call handling guidelines, and quality standards.
• Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/system.
• Meet defined targets for call quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and turnaround time.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when required.
• Maintain professional call etiquette, active listening, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Adhere to company policies, data-security guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Previous experience in an international voice/customer service process will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
