Salary Package:
- Freshers: ₹25,000 In-Hand
- Experienced: ₹30,000 In-Hand
Shift & Work Schedule:
- US Rotational Night Shifts
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
- Provide prompt and effective customer support.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts.
