US Voice Process Executive

Audicious Ives is urgently hiring energetic and confident candidates for a US Calling Process dealing in used auto parts sales. This role involves both outbound and inbound calling to customers based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to US customers regarding used auto parts (engines, transmissions, body parts, etc.)
• Answer inbound customer queries related to part availability, pricing, and orders
• Convince and convert leads into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM
• Follow up with customers on pending orders/quotes
• Meet daily/monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order processing

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
• Prior experience in US voice process / auto parts sales preferred (not mandatory)
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
• Ability to work in US shift timings
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
• Experienced candidates from auto parts/BPO/sales background preferred
