USA Payroll Executive

We are looking for an experienced USA Payroll Executive with 2+ years of experience in handling US payroll processes, payroll administration, employee records, and compliance-related activities.

Role & responsibilities

• Process and manage US payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
• Review timesheets, attendance, and payroll data for accuracy.
• Manage payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and management for payroll processing and adjustments.
• Assist with US payroll tax, deductions, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports and support monthly/periodic payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and compensation information.
• Stay updated on changes related to US payroll regulations and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in US Payroll / USA Payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of US payroll processes and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of Federal and State payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems/software and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of W-2, W-4, 1099, FICA, federal/state taxes, and payroll deductions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
