📍 Location: Cleveland, OH — Onsite

⏳ Duration: 6 Months Contract

🎯 Experience: 4–7 Years

🏥 Domain: Healthcare / Medical Technology

We are looking for an experienced Usability Engineer / Human Factors Engineer with hands-on experience in medical devices or highly regulated environments .

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

🔹 Usability Engineering & Human Factors Engineering

🔹 User Research & Usability Testing

🔹 Formative & Summative Evaluations

🔹 Task Analysis & Usability Risk Assessment

🔹 Usability FMEA / Use-Related Risk Analysis

🔹 FDA / EU-MDR regulatory documentation

🔹 IEC 62366 & ISO 14971

🔹 Creating usability test protocols, plans & reports

🔹 Expert Reviews and Human Factors documentation

🔹 Post-market data analysis

🔹 Working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory & Product

🎓 Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Design, Product Design, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, HCI , or a related field.
