As a USAC Transportation Analyst for the USAC transportation team, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Processing freight invoices for the USAC transportation team and ensuring timely, accurate carrier payments that meet performance standards.
• Managing carrier aging, account reconciliation, and freight carrier account metrics to support payment timeliness and accuracy.
• Using SAP TM to identify and resolve EDI errors and support the freight settlement process.
• Managing day-to-day communications and requests related to the 3M BOL desk, demonstrating proficiency with relevant systems.
• Conducting ad-hoc carrier touch base meetings to maintain ongoing communication and address immediate issues or updates with assigned carriers.
• Compiling monthly reports, monitoring transportation freight settlement metrics, and supporting daily error reporting.
• Collaborating with internal 3M teams and supporting monthly accrual preparation and management as needed.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Working knowledge of the SAP TM system.
• Three (3) years of Supply Chain Operations experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Freight audit and/or reconciliation experience.
• Fluent English proficiency, including strong written and oral communication skills.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and systems skill set, including proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Access, Tableau, SAP, TMS, WMS, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills.
