Hiring a Project Manager to lead a major USACE power generation and microgrid project in Rock Island, IL.

📍 Rock Island, IL | Onsite M–F

💰 $140K–$160K (flexibility for the right candidate)

💼 Permanent

Looking for:

• 10+ years federal construction experience
• Direct USACE project experience
• RMS Contractor Mode
• CQC / EM 385-1-1
• Cost-loaded scheduling & pay estimates
• Budget, forecasting and cost-control experience
• Strong subcontractor and government coordination experience

⚡ Experience with power generation, medium voltage, BESS, microgrids or utility infrastructure is highly preferred.

This is a high-ownership opportunity to lead a complex federal energy project from execution through commissioning and closeout.
