Used Car Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Used Car Manager to join our team, you will oversee the operations of our used car department, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service while managing inventory effectively.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Appraise all Trades, Maintain Used Car Inventory
• Work with and supervise Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are met
• Maintain Inventory online to make sure our vehicles are advertised aggressively!
• Assist Used Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed
• Must be proficient with Reynolds, ACV Max, and a CRM tool
• 3+ Years of Automotive Experience, Proven track record

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
